Nope, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account gives you access to additional benefits such as tracking your orders, managing subscriptions, and viewing your full order history and exclusive offers.

Log in to your account and head to your account dashboard. From there, you can update your name, email, shipping address, and payment info.

Order Inquiries

Simply browse our shop, add your favorites to your cart, and head to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account for a smoother experience next time.

If you need to make a change, email us at afrovedallc@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please note that we only respond during the working week and our response time can be up to 48 hours.

First, check your junk or promotions folder, it may have landed there. If it’s not showing, log into your account to double-check that your email address was entered correctly and correct if needed. Still no luck? Send us a email and we will look into it.

Not yet, but in the meantime you can feel confident that all AfroVeda orders are consciously packaged and arrive with care.

Delivery

No, currently we do not.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real-time.

You can also enter your tracking number on our website (HERE) to see where your package is in the shipping process.

Our products are manufactured in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest products with your order. As such, we aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days of placement (not including weekends or holidays). Please note that during high volume periods, promotional sales, or pre-orders, processing and shipping times may be extended.

If it’s been more than 10 working days since dispatch and your package hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at afrovedallc@gmail.com. We’ll check the tracking and support you from there.

Please note: USPS will not investigate a delayed or missing package until 10 working days have passed from the dispatch date. Until that window has closed, we’re unable to issue a credit or replacement. We know this can be frustrating, but it’s a condition of the courier’s process and is not negotiable.

If USPS confirms that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or safe spaces around your property.

If you believe the package was stolen, this is a criminal matter and must be reported to the police and USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that have been delivered to an unauthorized location or stolen after delivery.

To avoid this, we recommend selecting an alternate safe address at checkout if you’re unlikely to be home.

We’re not able to recover or issue credits to orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it before dispatch, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns + Refunds

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery on damaged or incorrect items. To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at afrovedallc@gmail.com before sending anything back. Any refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit back to your online AfroVeda account. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded.

We’re sorry to hear it wasn’t a fit for you. Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or issue store credit for opened or used products unless there’s a fault.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds on used items unless there’s a manufacturing issue. We formulate our products with care and understand that every head of hair is different , we’re always happy to offer guidance to help you get the best results.

We’re so sorry. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us at afrovedallc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it for you.
