Creating a Hair Care Routine Based on Your Dosha
Before you start, take a moment to identify your dominant dosha. If youβre not sure, consider easy signs: Vata hair tends to be fine, dry, and frizzy; Pitta hair is often medium, prone to thinning, color changes, or premature gray; Kapha hair is thick, oily, and robust.
