Pre-shampoo treatment: Warm enough oil to saturate the hair from root to tip, massaging at the scalp and smoothing down the strands. Cover hair with a plastic cap and wrap with a warm towel. Leave for 30 minutes. Wash.
Seal in moisture: Use as the final layer of products in your healthy hair regimen to seal moisture into hair strands. Pour a small amount into palms, rub palms together, and apply to the length of your hair.
Maintenance: Part your hair in sections and apply a small amount to scalp (do not saturate), gently massaging for 2-3 minutes to help relieve itchiness, tightness, and sensitivity. Use 3-4 times a week. No need to wash out.
